Returns & Exchanges Overview

Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

Our Returns Process

1 Contact Our Customer Service Team

Email us at [email protected] with your returns request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2 Wait for Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

3 Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship to our returns centre:

4 Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refund Delivery Time

Depending on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your PayPal account

Exchange Information

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product:

  • Follow the same returns process outlined above
  • In your return request, specify the item you’d like to exchange for
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • We’ll ship your exchange item once we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Sleeping Bags (once removed from packaging)
  • Tent Accessories that have been installed or used
  • Cooking equipment that shows signs of use
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll cover return shipping costs for faulty items
  • We’ll send a replacement or full refund at your preference
